SGA-U series candle filter has a special filter cloth on the filter element. When the liquid passes through the filter cloth, it will gradually “filter cake layer” on the surface of the filter cloth. Because the gap between the filter cake particles is small, it will be retained. The escape of particulate impurities in the liquid, so that the filtrate is cleared; after period of normal filtration, the filter cake layer exceeds a certain thickness, then the system will perform the back flushing operation according to the provided by the pressure sensor and at the same time open the cylinder. The bottom valve drains the slag and then rebuilds the new “cake layer” to begin a new round filtration cycles.
