Product Introduction

The frame is the load-bearing structure of the switchgear cabinet, constructed by securely connecting sturdy steel plate profiles.

The SIVACON frame is precisely dimensioned and stable. It comes in two structural forms: screw-connected or welded, with modular holes spaced at 25mm intervals on the frame for various expansion purposes.

The door is flexible and maneuverable, capable of meeting various requirements.

The door’s opening angle can reach up to 180°.

The rotary handle spring lock reliably prevents the door from accidentally springing open due to negligence or unintended actions, and the cabinet top is equipped with a pressure relief device.

Surface treatment

Options include powder coating, spray painting, or galvanizing.

Materials

Both the frame and the enclosure are made of steel plates with the following thicknesses:

Frame: 2.5mm

Enclosure: 2.0mm

Protection levels comply with IEC 60529 standards:

IP30, IP31, IP40, IP41, IP42 for naturally ventilated cabinets

IP40, IP54 for non-ventilated cabinets
