Product Overview
A distribution transformer is a static electrical device used to transfer alternating current energy in the power distribution system. It is typically installed on utility poles or in substations for daily lighting and factory power, with the general low-voltage output being 0.4kV or lower. Distribution transformers have relatively small capacities, usually up to 2500kVA, and low primary voltages, typically up to 35kV. The fully-sealed distribution transformer produced by our company uses a corrugated oil tank body, with corrugated heat dissipation fins serving as expansion elements to fully isolate the transformer oil from the atmosphere. We can produce distribution transformers with primary rated voltages of 6, 10, 20, 35kV, etc., according to customer needs.
Product Features
①Designed using patented technology and specialized software, the performance parameters and requirements comply with relevant national standards such as GB/T 1094, GB/T 6451, GB/T 25446, and GB20052.
②The core is made from cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, manufactured using a step-joint process by the core automatic production line of GEORG, Germany.
③The oil tank adopts a corrugated structure and is produced using the oil tank automatic production line from GEORG, Germany. The surface pre-treatment liquids and powder coatings are from international brand products. The oil tank undergoes automatic degreasing, acid cleaning, phosphating, electrophoretic pre-treatment, powder coating, and high-temperature curing, making the transformer oil tank highly corrosion-resistant.
④The high-voltage windings use high-strength enameled wire and paper-wrapped wire, while the low-voltage windings use high-strength enameled wire, paper-wrapped wire, and copper strip. The turns are evenly distributed, the insulation structure is reasonable, and the short-circuit resistance is strong.
⑤The transformer body adopts a core-free lifting structure, and the sealing components use high-quality acrylic rubber, effectively preventing photoaging and thermal aging.
Application Fields
The oil-immersed distribution transformer has excellent safety, easy maintenance, compact size, strong assembly, convenient installation, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It is widely used in urban power grids, rural power grids, enterprises, buildings, venues, stations, docks, mines, oilfields, and other power distribution systems and electrical power locations.
