The combined transformer, also known as the American-style box transformer, integrates the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, fuses, and other components within the transformer oil tank. Immersed in oil, the components' size is significantly reduced, resulting in a more compact structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is small in size, easy to install, flexible, fully insulated, fully sealed, safe and reliable, easy to operate, and maintenance-free. This type of transformer is widely used in residential areas, high-rise buildings, factories, airports, stations, schools, and is also suitable for urban grid renovation.

3.The high-voltage side uses dual fuse protection, with the insert-type fuse featuring dual-sensitive fuses (temperature and current), and the backup fuse being a current-limiting fuse, reducing operating costs.

4.The high-voltage incoming line uses a cable connector structure, which is fully insulated, safe, reliable, and easy to operate.

5.Suitable for both ring networks and terminal applications, easily convertible, enhancing supply reliability.

6.The transformer adopts a three-phase three-column or three-phase five-column structure. The core uses a step-joint process or wound core process, resulting in low noise, low loss, and strong short-circuit and overload resistance.

7.A special process of vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection is employed. This process, used in 110kV products, is also extended to 10kV products to ensure high product quality.

8.The box can be customized with anti-corrosion designs and special painting treatments according to environmental requirements. It features "three-proof" functions (anti-condensation, anti-salt mist, and anti-mold) and meets corrosion resistance requirements in high-temperature, high-humidity environments.
