Product Features

The photovoltaic and wind power box-type booster substation has a reasonable and compact system layout, including three parts: low-voltage incoming cabinet, transformer, and high-voltage outgoing cabinet. These components are independently installed in three separate compartments, arranged in “L” shape or a shape like Chinese character “目”. It is fully functional and easy to maintain. The low-voltage section is equipped with remote control devices and a power transformer, enabling remote control and self-power supply for the box substation, meeting the needs of photovoltaic and wind power generation systems.

1.The photovoltaic and wind power pre-assembled booster substation includes low-voltage incoming cabinet, transformer, and high-voltage outgoing cabinet, which are independently installed in three separate compartments arranged in a shape like Chinese character “目”. The low-voltage section is equipped with remote control devices and a power transformer to enable remote control and self-power supply for the box substation. The 35kV high-voltage switch's isolation knife and fuse combination are placed in a separate compartment, solving the issue of power outage when switching fuses or arc extinguishing chambers in typical switches.

2.The photovoltaic and wind power combined booster substation consists of a low-voltage incoming cabinet, transformer, and high-voltage load switch, fuses, and other components installed inside the transformer oil tank. The entire box substation is arranged in “L” shape or a shape like Chinese character “目”, with the low-voltage section containing remote control devices and a power transformer for remote control and self-power supply. With no transformer room, the entire unit takes up less space, reduces overall costs, and lowers user investment.

3.When using open installation of the transformer heat sinks, full natural ventilation heat dissipation performance is achieved, saving significant amounts of energy lost due to forced ventilation. This also eliminates the defects of overheating caused by unreliable fan performance, ensuring stable operation. Furthermore, all live components are fully sealed within the box substation, solving dust-related issues.

4.The “Five protections” are fully implemented, and the system is easy to operate and maintain. It meets the requirements for maintenance during rainy days.
