The company’s leading products include: 420kV and below oil-immersed power transformers, oil-immersed distribution transformers, 35kV and below dry-type transformers, 35kV wind power transformers, intelligent mobile substations, power energy savers, filtering equipment, high and low voltage switchgear and other series of more than 1,000 specifications of products. Among them, the 180,000 kVA/220kV oil-immersed power transformers have obtained product performance test certifications from international authoritative organizations KEMA of the Netherlands and China National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The 330kV transformer products have been successfully connected to the grid in Belarus in 2009. The 420kV power transformers exported to India have passed the acceptance of Indian customers and have been connected to the Indian national grid in October 2010.
The company attaches great importance to process innovation and tooling equipment updates. Since 1993, the company has invested more than 300 million yuan to introduce step joint core production lines, corrugated oil tank automatic production lines, CNC machine tools and other internationally advanced tooling, testing, and inspection equipment and multiple sets of technical software from Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, etc.; the “transformer oil tank surface automatic coating production line” completed and put into production in 2002 filled the domestic gap, and various technical indicators reached the international advanced level, which improved the company’s competitiveness. It took the lead in establishing a provincial technology center and a national postdoctoral mobile workstation in the industry.
