Enamel Assembly Tanks are constructed from specialized titanium alloy steel plates, sealing materials, self-locking bolts, and other components, with a service life of up to 50 years. The titanium alloy steel plates undergo pretreatment, after which two to three layers of inorganic glass-like coating are applied to both the inner and outer surfaces. These coatings are then sintered at high temperatures, forming a new composite material with strong bonding between the coating and the steel plate. The enamel protective layer not only prevents tank corrosion but also offers resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and exceptional wear resistance.
