The GSR6-27.5 series of environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear independently developed by our company uses dry air as the insulating medium. It is a new generation of green and environmentally friendly railway medium-voltage switchgear that integrates vacuum arc extinguishing technology, APG sealing technology, and gas insulation technology. The product has passed the type test verification and new product technology appraisal of the national authoritative testing agency, and has obtained a number of national invention patents and utility model patents, with independent intellectual property rights; the product solution is mainly suitable for single-phase or two-phase, rated voltage 27.5kV, maximum voltage 31.5kV electrified railway systems, such as high-speed railways, passenger dedicated lines and other high-speed railway fields.

- Safe and reliable
- Adopting fully insulated and fully enclosed structure design, the cabinet size is small and the environmental adaptability is strong.
- The equipment is continuously and reliably grounded, the cable connectors are fully insulated and touchable, and there is no risk of electric shock for operators and maintenance personnel.
- Green and high efficiency
- Dry air is used as the insulating gas in the cabinet, which is environmentally friendly and has a GWP of <1.
- The product does not require maintenance during its entire life cycle. After the life cycle, the gas does not need to be recovered, saving maintenance costs.
- Dry air is highly stable, non-toxic and suitable for various ambient temperatures.
- The air chambers are available in two structures: box-type and tank-type. Customers can flexibly choose according to actual needs.
- The air chamber is filled with 0.04Mpa slightly positive pressure dry air for insulation, ensuring safe operation.
- Intelligent
- It can be upgraded to intelligent form, integrate digital communication sensing technology, and monitor the operation status of the equipment throughout its life cycle.
