GSR3-12 high-performance compact environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear is an upgraded product specially developed for the transformation of old SF6 switchgears. It can directly complete the transformation and upgrading of SF6 switchgear without moving the foundation and cables. At the same time, considering that there is no reserved installation position for distribution network automation equipment in the original ring network box, this solution uses distributed DTU to be installed on the top of the ring main unit, which fully meets the functions. The environmental protection transformation of old equipment and distribution network automation transformation are completed in one step, saving time and effort.

- Superior performance, safe and reliable
- The mechanical life of the circuit breaker is up to 20,000 times, the earthing closing capacity is up to 5 times, and the partial discharge of the whole cabinet is ≤10PC, meeting the requirements of long-term use.
- Dry air is highly stable, non-toxic and suitable for various ambient temperatures.
- The gas box adopts laser welding technology, and the annual gas leakage rate is ≤01%.
- The air box is filled with 0.02Mpa slightly positive pressure air for insulation, ensuring safe operation.
- The switch adopts composite insulation, which greatly improves the insulation strength and durability of the circuit breaker.

- Adopt dry air as insulating gas, which is environmentally friendly, GWP < 1.
- The pole adopts an integrally formed insulating tube structure design, which has stable process and high production efficiency.
- The fully insulated and fully enclosed structure design requires no maintenance during the entire product life cycle, and the gas does not need to be recycled, saving maintenance costs.
- Compact structure and complete solutions
- The cabinet width can be reduced to 375mm, which is small in size and saves land area.
- The switch has upper and lower isolation solutions, and can be combined and connected to cabinets as needed to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
