The KYN61-40.5 Indoor AC Metal-clad Removable Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV indoor complete power distribution device. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises, providing functions such as control, protection, and monitoring of circuits. This switchgear complies with standards such as GB/T11022, GB3906, and DL/T404.

The cabinet structure adopts an assembled design, with the circuit breaker utilizing a handcart structure. It is equipped with a new type of composite-insulated vacuum circuit breaker, featuring excellent interchangeability and easy replacement. The handcart frame is equipped with a screw-nut propulsion mechanism, allowing easy movement of the handcart and effectively preventing damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation. All operations can be performed with the cabinet door closed. The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switchgear door adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method, meeting the "five prevention" requirements. The cable compartment offers ample space, allowing connection of multiple cables. A fast grounding switch is used for short-circuiting and grounding the circuit. The enclosure protection rating is IP4X, and when the handcart compartment door is open, the protection rating is IP2X. It can be equipped with circuit breakers such as ZN85-40.5, VD4-40.5, HD4-40.5, and VEP-40.5.
