O-type cut-off ball valve is a quarter-turn shut-off valve mainly used for controlling the cutoff of media. The valve plug in this series adopts a round through-hole, directly connecting with the valve body flow passage when open, making the valve equivalent to a section of pipe and offering the largest flow capacity among all valve types. The valve operates quickly, with the valve stem rotating 90° to achieve full opening or full closing, making it the best choice for applications requiring rapid opening and closing. It is easy to implement automated and remote control. The valve features good sealing performance and a long service life. The valve plug uses an elastic sealing pair, ensuring reliable sealing and minimal impact from thermal expansion caused by temperature changes. During valve operation, the valve stem only rotates, preventing damage to the packing and avoiding the risk of medium leakage. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, synthetic fibers, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, and hydropower stations, meeting the requirements of high temperature, high pressure, and explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant conditions in harsh environments.
