The vibrating screen has an elliptical motion trajectory driven by axial eccentricity, suitable for screening large, medium, and small-sized materials. The series includes three specifications and is applicable for dry and wet material classification in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power, and chemicals.

1. Utilizes synchronous gears to enable the three shafts to produce efficient elliptical motion, combining the advantages of inclined circular vibrating screens and horizontal linear vibrating screens;
2. Features good screening permeability, high processing capacity, low installation height, and high screening accuracy, making it ideal for various mines, quarries, and mobile screening stations;
3. The elliptical throwing design allows adjustment of the ellipse’s major axis length and angle to meet the optimal needs of the vibrating screen. Higher vertical throwing separates more fine materials, while lower throwing increases horizontal movement speed, leading to uneven material distribution. These throwing adjustments are easy to perform;
4. The throwing angle can be adjusted by unscrewing the locking pin from the central gear, rotating the central gear to the desired angle, and then relocking the gear in the new position.
