The MNS withdrawable switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50Hz, a rated working voltage of 400V, and a rated current of 4000A or below. It is used for power distribution, centralized motor control, and capacitor compensation in power generation and supply systems. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings, and other locations.
The framework is an assembled structure, with the basic skeleton composed of C-type steel profiles.
Each cabinet is divided into three compartments: a horizontal busbar compartment, a drawer compartment, and a cable compartment. The compartments are separated by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic function boards. Metal plates with ventilation holes are used to separate drawers between upper and lower layers, effectively preventing accidents caused by arcing due to faulty switch components or short circuits between the busbar and other circuits.
Compact design: accommodates more functional units in a smaller space; highly versatile structural components and flexible assembly, with a modulus of E=25mm, allowing the structure and withdrawable units to be freely combined to meet system design requirements.
