The 35kV epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer includes series such as SCB11, SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, and SCB18, with energy efficiency levels meeting the requirements of “GB20052-2024 Power Transformer Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades” for Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1. The high-voltage coil adopts a tower-shaped segmented structure with low interlayer voltage and low inter-segment field strength, providing strong overload capacity. The coil is cast with resin using a fully static casting process, offering high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, and partial discharge levels superior to national standards. It features low losses, low noise, and significant energy-saving effects. The transformer is primarily used in applications with high environmental and fire safety requirements, such as photovoltaic power generation, wind power, energy storage systems, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and nuclear power facilities.
