System Overview

The KJ1585 coal mine vehicle management system is based on an integrated locomotive (material) management platform, enabling unified dispatching, vehicle allocation, operation and maintenance, leasing, and cost settlement for auxiliary transport vehicles (materials). It enhances the real-time efficiency, responsiveness, and flexibility of vehicle (material) management. Through services such as "UWB precise positioning, intelligent dispatching, visualized transportation, and integrated linkage," the system provides location and management services for underground material transportation and vehicle dispatching in coal mines. It improves the intelligent operation of monorail cranes, electric rail vehicles, and trackless rubber-wheeled vehicles, preventing transportation accidents.

System Architecture

The material distribution management module uses basic data such as transportation equipment, personnel, materials, infrastructure, and related events to comprehensively manage the entire process of material distribution. This includes application and approval for transportation tasks, vehicle and driver assignments, information exchange, notifications, and material receipt and handover.

The transportation dispatching management module relies on positioning information and uses handheld terminals as the core, integrating with underground signal light control systems, intelligent dispatching systems, voice dispatching systems, and GIS geographic information systems to achieve full-process management and real-time dispatching of transportation vehicles, materials, and drivers.
