The circuit breaker offers a mechanical lifespan of up to 20,000 operations and a grounding making capacity of 5 times. The partial discharge of the complete cabinet is ≤10pC, meeting long-term operation requirements. The dry air used has high stability and is non-toxic, making it suitable for various ambient temperatures. The gas tank adopts laser welding technology with an annual gas leakage rate of ≤0.01%. It is filled with dry air at a slight positive pressure of 0.02MPa, ensuring operator safety. The switch uses a composite insulation structure, significantly improving the insulation strength and durability of the circuit breaker.

The pole adopts an integrally formed insulating cylinder structure, ensuring process stability and high production efficiency. With a fully insulated and fully enclosed design, the product requires no maintenance throughout its entire lifecycle. The gas does not need to be recycled, reducing maintenance costs.
