Product Introduction

This product is designed for the monitoring and management of AC power distribution systems, suitable for various low-voltage distribution systems to perform real-time monitoring and management of parameters such as electrical quantities, switch status, arc flash, and temperature for incoming cabinets, outgoing cabinets, reactive power compensation devices, and other equipment. It is equipped with a touchscreen for real-time on-site viewing of power quality monitoring data and electrical schematic diagrams, providing a clear overview of the cabinet's electrical connections. Combined with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it continuously monitors the cabinet's internal status to prevent risks such as loose busbar bolts, copper busbar oxidation or corrosion, and small animal intrusion. The system includes a cloud box, enabling remote real-time access to IoT configuration system data (real-time data, alarm data, historical data, etc.) via 4G/5G networks using mobile phones, tablets, or computers. It also promptly sends relevant alarm information via SMS to ensure maintenance personnel receive fault notifications immediately, allowing issues to be resolved in the shortest possible time. Additionally, it is equipped with an SD card for data export and storage.

Product Parameters

  1. Electrical Parameters and Status Monitoring: Monitors three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and ambient temperature and humidity. Monitors circuit breaker open/close status and fault alarm status. Measures active and reactive power, calculates statistical values for current, voltage, power, and other parameters, generating maximum, minimum, and average values. Records the demand of the circuit.
  2. Electrical Node Temperature Monitoring (Collector): Monitors real-time temperature of primary electrical connection points, actively issuing alarms for abnormal temperature rises. Equipped with 3 wireless temperature sensors powered by current induction, transmitting real-time temperature data of connection points wirelessly to the collector.
  3. Residual Current Monitoring:Monitors residual current of feeder circuits, issuing active alarms for abnormalities, and can monitor cable temperature. Includes residual current transformer.
