The MD max low voltage switchgear consists of two main series, MD max ST and MD max FC, and is a fully type-tested (TTA) combined multifunctional low voltage switchgear, compliant with GB7251 and IEC60439-1 standards. Its electrical and mechanical design adopts a modular principle, achieving compactness, versatility, and flexibility in cabinet assembly through the use of standard components and assemblies. The framework utilizes advanced double-folded edge technology with aluminum-zinc coated plates, which not only enhances the strength and stability of the framework but also provides excellent corrosion resistance. The top cover of the horizontal busbar area is designed to be removable, greatly facilitating routine maintenance and inspection tasks. The MD max low voltage switchgear features three types of functional units: drawer type, removable type, and plug-in type. The drawer-type structure is ingeniously designed, capable of accommodating up to 36 circuits, and allows for three-position switching of the drawer circuit without compromising the protection rating, ensuring convenient and safe operation. The positioning of the movable drawer components is precise and can be equipped with three types of indicators—sound, light, and text—enabling operators to promptly and clearly understand the equipment's operating status. Additionally, the switchgear provides a comprehensive solution for drawer-type electrical operation circuits, further enhancing the equipment's practicality and reliability.
