Product Introduction

Phosphating steel wire with 45#, 55# steel as the base material, after pickling, drawing into black wire, professional phosphating treatment. We immerse the steel wire in the phosphating solution to form a dense phosphating film on the surface, followed by annealing and quenching to improve strength. Although the thickness of phosphating film is not conventionally measured by "g/m ² ", it can be understood according to the concept of galvanized layer weight, and the film quality is about 1-10 g/m ². The surface of the product is gray-black, the friction coefficient is low, the combination with rubber and other materials is strong, and has a certain anti-rust ability, widely used in tire cord, steel strand manufacturing and other fields.
