The Measurement and Control Device (Integrated Fault Isolation Device) is an intelligent monitoring unit that integrates a vacuum interrupter, operating mechanism, 10kV line high-voltage power harvesting module, intelligent measurement & control terminal, and current/voltage sensors into a single compact design. It combines the functions of a circuit breaker, 10kV line high-voltage power supply, current/voltage sensors, and an intelligent measurement & control terminal. The device can monitor the operating status of distribution lines in real time, upload detected data to the management system via mobile GPRS/APN or 4G/APN private network, and provide functions including line monitoring, metering, protection, fault location, and isolation.
