The GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet produced by our company is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., in AC 50Hz systems with rated operating voltage of 380V and rated operating current up to 3150A. It is used for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, and distribution equipment.

Key Features

Cabinet adopts universal cabinet structure; frame is locally welded from 8MF cold-formed steel, ensuring cabinet precision

Universal cabinet components are designed according to modular principle with 20 mm mounting hole modulus, high universality coefficient, and convenient installation

Heat dissipation is fully considered during cabinet design; different numbers of heat dissipation slots are provided at both upper and lower ends of the cabinet, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top inside the sealed cabinet to achieve effective cooling

Cabinet door is connected with rotating-shaft type movable hinges for easy installation and removal; a mountain-shaped rubber-plastic sealing strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When closed, the strip between door and frame provides certain compression stroke, preventing direct collision and improving the door's protection level

Cabinet top cover can be removed when needed, facilitating on-site main busbar assembly and adjustment; four lifting rings are mounted at the top corners for hoisting and transportation

Cabinet surface is finished with orange epoxy resin electrostatic spray coating, offering strong adhesion, good texture, and matte tone throughout, avoiding glare effect
