The GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is used in three-phase AC 50Hz systems with rated operating voltage of 400V (690V) and rated current up to 4000A for power distribution, motor centralized control, and capacitor compensation in power generation and supply systems. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings, and other industries.

Key Features

Frame made of 8MF open-profile steel; mounting holes of φ9.2mm with E=20mm and 100 mm modulus on the main frame provide flexible and convenient assembly

Functional compartments are mutually isolated and divided into functional unit compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment, each with relatively independent roles

Horizontal busbars arranged flat at the rear of the cabinet enhance resistance to electrodynamic forces – a fundamental measure for high short-circuit strength in the main circuit

Cable compartment design makes cable entry/exit from top or bottom extremely convenient

Drawer height modulus is 160 mm; drawer changes only in height, while width and depth remain unchanged; drawers of the same functional unit have excellent interchangeability; unit circuit rated current ≤630A

Drawer panel clearly indicates positions: closed, test, and withdrawn; drawer units equipped with mechanical interlocking; each drawer serves as the main body while offering both withdrawable and fixed characteristics, allowing mixed combination and arbitrary use
