The PCS-923 device provides breaker failure initiation, three-phase inconsistency protection, two-stage phase overcurrent protection, two-stage zero-sequence overcurrent protection, charging protection, and other functions. Among them, the PCS-923C can be used for breaker failure initiation on 220kV and above non-phase-segregated transformers or lines.
