Product Overview

The PCS-9012 Third Line of Defense Online Monitoring System realizes centralized monitoring and operational management of the power grid's third line of defense. It can connect to various under-frequency/under-voltage load-shedding devices, collect real-time operating information, and combine feeder operating data from SCADA to build a third-line load-shedding model. This enables panoramic monitoring, real-time alarming, and risk early warning for the third line of defense, including total network and per-round required, planned, and in-service shedding capacity, as well as device judgment information. When total or per-round shedding capacity is insufficient or device settings, hard straps, or active loads are abnormal, timely alarms are issued. When a grid fault occurs, it automatically tallies regional and per-round load-shedding actions and generates action reports. The PCS-9012 system supports both integrated and standalone operation and can be deployed at all levels of dispatching centers, providing technical support for the operation, management, and fault handling of the third line of defense.
