The rotation of the power head, as well as the feed/pull-back functions, are all stepless variable speed, allowing arbitrary adjustment from zero to maximum speed. The power head rotation uses a closed-loop system, while the push-pull and auxiliary systems use a load-sensing system. All systems are volumetric speed control systems, offering high transmission efficiency, low heat generation, and low oil temperature, effectively saving energy. The maximum pull-back force reaches 120 tons. Equipped with a large chassis, the walking control uses imported Danfoss handles for stable and safe operation. The large-displacement water pump can directly drive a screw motor for rock drilling.
Key Features:
Rotation pump adopts imported American Sauer variable closed-loop pump; push-pull pump adopts imported American Sauer load-sensing pump, delivering stable and energy-efficient system performance.
Reducer uses Italian Dinamic Oil reducer, an international brand with stable and reliable performance.
The rig can be optionally equipped with a 760 L large-displacement water pump, capable of directly driving a mud screw motor for drilling in rock formations.
