The FDG-5.3 multi-function fault indicator (LCD version) is widely used in equipment such as ring main units, cable branch boxes, and box-type substations. It detects cable head temperature and short-circuit and grounding faults in real time, transmits data to the host via signal lines, and the OLED screen on the host panel displays the values for easy understanding of line faults and cable head temperature conditions. When short-circuit, grounding faults or temperature overheating occur, and the fault signal or temperature exceeds the threshold, the OLED screen displays the fault status and records it. At the same time, the indicator light gives a fault indication. Fault information can be uploaded via the remote communication interface. Staff can quickly find the faulty line and location based on the fault information, eliminate the fault in time, and restore power supply.
