The glass fiber reinforced polyurethane composite frame is a frame material specially developed for photovoltaic use by Hongsheng Group using its independently developed process technology. It is formed by impregnating and curing glass fiber into a skeleton during the production process, and then spraying a weather-resistant coating on the surface. This product is a composite material of specially modified polyurethane resin and glass fiber, with the advantages of light weight, high strength, and good designability. Different additives can be added to the composite material system to meet performance requirements such as flame retardancy and UV resistance, which can satisfy the use of photovoltaic modules in various environments. As an insulating material, the composite frame does not require grounding after system integration, which can effectively reduce and avoid PID attenuation caused by ion migration of encapsulation materials, and maintain the high-efficiency conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules.
