Product Introduction

The SW (Sea Water) series high-pressure seawater desalination reverse osmosis membrane elements have high-level pressure resistance and desalination rate, ensuring high-quality permeate water can be obtained from seawater at high recovery rates. They are suitable for high recovery rate systems in seawater desalination, brackish water purification, industrial wastewater treatment and other high-pressure high-concentration water-salt separation fields. The products have been maturely applied in multiple 10,000-ton seawater desalination projects, with good and stable desalination performance, and have been included in the "National Catalog of Major Environmental Protection Technology Equipment Encouraged for Development", winning the "China Patent Award".

Product Features

  • High Desalination Rate New anti-fouling coating technology and fully automatic rolling process keep the desalination rate of membrane elements at a high level under high salt concentration;
  • High Water Production The maximum effective membrane area can reach 440 square feet, maximizing the water production of membrane elements;
  • Strong Anti-Fouling Performance Adopts short and multi-leaf design and multiple water inlet channels to reduce membrane fouling, improve chemical cleaning efficiency and hydraulic impact resistance;
  • Long Service Life Made by rolling independently developed high-pressure anti-fouling seawater desalination membrane sheets, which can achieve effective cleaning effect within a wider pH range (1~13), making the elements more durable.
