BPG(L)-40.5kV SF₆ gas insulated and metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS) uses low-pressure SF₆ gas as the main insulating medium. It is a new type of switchgear that receives or distributes electric energy, and it control, protect, measure, monitor and communicate with the power system. ●Safe and reliable: The high-voltage components of this switchgear use low-pressure SF6 gas as the insulating medium and are sealed in a stainless steel shell to be isolated from the external environment. It can effectively prevent pollution, moisture, external substances and other forms of harmful effects, improve the reliability of insulation, and have good anti-aging performance and corrosion resistance.
●Compact structure: The mature vacuum switch technology is adopted, the opening performance is stable and reliable, and the service life is long. The vacuum interrupter is horizontally arranged in the inflatable shell so as to make full use of the excellent opening performance of the vacuum interrupter. It has compact structure, superior performance and high reliability.
●Safe and reliable: The inner cone cable plug-in technology is adopted, so that cables, lightning arresters and PS can be connected by plug-in, with stronger insulation capacity. The gas box is designed with two gas chambers. A separate gas chamber is for the three-position switch and busbar, and a separate gas chamber for the circuit breaker switch. This product meets the requirements of state grid and can be controlled with one click.
●Simple installation: Solid insulated busbar is used to avoid the problems of on-site treatment of SF₆ gas, such as vacuuming, gas filling and moisture control during on-site installation and operation, and it makes on-site installation easy.
●Intelligent configuration: Intelligent control and protection equipment is used to monitor the working status of circuit breaker, three-position isolating switch and energy storage spring as well as the gas pressure in the inflatable shell, and control the circuit breaker closing/opening and operation of three-position isolating switch to achieve automatic relay protection.
