The BKM6DC-630V series DC molded case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution networks with rated insulation voltage of DC2000V, rated operating voltage of DC1500V, and rated current up to 630A. It is used for distributing electrical energy and protecting lines from damage due to overload, short circuit and other faults. The product can be used in DC distribution systems such as new energy, DC energy storage power supplies, power systems, rail transit and electric trams. The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e., upright) or horizontally (i.e., sideways).
The product has the following features:
- Brand-new modular design significantly increases the capacity of the arc extinguishing system and improves reliability; two-pole structure, non-polar, convenient wiring;
- High breaking capacity with single-pole full-voltage breaking capability; volume is 50% of traditional 4P products;
- Power consumption is 60% of traditional 4P products;
- Low temperature rise, no derating at 55°C;
- Zero arc flash, high safety.
