Through highly automated and intelligent transverse cutting processes, sequential production is achieved, enabling synchronous and progressive production from the same silicon steel coil, namely "side-yoke-side-yoke-column", fundamentally eliminating the thickness difference drawback among the five columns of the core that exists in the current industry production methods. Series production contributes to standardized quality and Saving material loss in two aspects, meeting the standardized quality requirements of personalized customers and solving the problems of "multiple" silicon steel coil changes, "frequent" tool changes in fixtures, "loss" of material utilization, and "low" production efficiency in the transverse cutting process for personalized customers.
