Outdoor Pole-Mounted SF6 Gas-Insulated Load Break Switch

The universal PGS series pole-mounted load break switch is suitable for systems with rated voltages of 12kV, 24kV, and 33kV, rated currents of 400A/630A, and frequencies of 50/60Hz. It can be used for load operation, line overload interruption, and switching operations of electrical systems. The switch can be equipped with a controller featuring the most advanced technical parameters. The PGS-A type is a manual load break switch for user selection; the PGS-M type is an intelligent load break switch for user selection. When a fault occurs on the distribution network line, it can automatically trip; it supports manual operation, electric operation, and remote operation; the electric controller is installed in a stainless steel enclosure and can be used under various environmental conditions.

1. 1. SF6 gas insulation: SF6 is a non-toxic, non-flammable electrical insulating gas with excellent arc-extinguishing performance.
   2. Bushing diversity: In addition to standard porcelain bushings, a variety of rubber bushings are also available.
   3. Visible open/closed status: The color indication of the main contact position indicator is clearly visible (green indicates open, red indicates closed); this indicator is always directly connected to the main conductor, ensuring accurate reflection of the conductor's actual status.
   4. Fast operation: A spring-energy storage operating mechanism is adopted to ensure rapid opening and closing operations (no more than 1 second).
   5.  Can be equipped with a controller: The electric controller is standard, allowing for local operation at ground level or remote operation from the master control system via the RTU screen.
   6. Robust switch construction: The switch body is manufactured from sturdy, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring a long service life (30 years) and pole-mounted equipment characteristics.
   7. Standards: Sufficient SF6 gas is filled and sealed before leaving the factory; tested in accordance with IEC 60265 and GB 3804 standards.
