Outdoor Pole-Mounted SF6 Gas Insulated Load Switch

The general-purpose PGS series pole-mounted load switch is suitable for systems with rated voltage of 12kV, 24kV, 33kV, rated current of 400A/630A, and frequency of 50/60Hz. It can be used for on-load operation, line overload breaking, and switching operations of the electrical system. This switch can be equipped with a controller with the most advanced technical parameters. The PGS-A type PGS is a manual load switch for users to choose; the PGS-M type PGS is an intelligent load switch for users to choose. When a fault occurs in the distribution network line, it can automatically open; it supports manual operation, electric operation and remote operation; the electric controller is installed in a stainless steel cabinet and can be used under various environmental conditions.

Functions

1. 1. Sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆) gas insulation: SF₆ is a non-toxic, non-flammable electrical insulating gas with excellent arc extinguishing performance.
   2. Bushing diversity: In addition to standard porcelain bushings, a variety of rubber bushings can also be provided.
   3. Visible opening status and open/close status: The color identification of the main contact position indicator is clearly visible (green indicates open, red indicates closed); this indicator is always directly connected to the main conductor to ensure accurate reflection of the actual status of the conductor.
   4. Fast operation: Adopts spring energy storage operating system to ensure rapid open/close operation (not exceeding 1 second).
   5.  Can be equipped with a controller: Equipped with an electric controller as standard, which can be operated locally on the ground or remotely operated by the main control system through the RTU screen.
   6. Structurally stable switch: The switch body is made of sturdy and corrosion-resistant materials to ensure a long service life (30 years) and has the characteristics of pole-mounted equipment.
   7. Standards: Filled with sufficient SF6 gas and sealed before leaving the factory; tested according to IEC 60265 and GB 3804 standards.
