Product Introduction

Product Description

Overview
      Supported by a strong team of professional technicians, we are committed to supplying various types of feeder boxes and distribution cabinets. This distribution cabinet integrates power distribution, metering, protection, control, and reactive power compensation functions, and is widely used in low-voltage power distribution scenarios in commercial and residential sectors. Each product undergoes rigorous testing before delivery to ensure stable and reliable operational performance. The product complies with the IEC439 standard.

Features
      The Faraday JP-type cable distribution box enclosure is manufactured from 2mm high-quality stainless steel sheets, processed through multiple bending and flanging procedures (featuring flame retardance, environmental friendliness, thermal insulation, and anti-condensation properties); the enclosure is fabricated using specialized stainless steel welding technology, resulting in high overall strength after forming, with a mirror-polished surface and no visible weld marks.
The internal mounting rails (mounting plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanization, ensuring they remain rust-free for twenty years; the enclosure features front and rear double doors for convenient operation and maintenance; the door frames are fitted with high-elasticity, aging-resistant sealing gaskets, and each door is equipped with two types of locks, with the padlocks protected by rainproof and dustproof covers to prevent lock corrosion.
The enclosure is fully sealed with a sealing structure; cable entry protective bushings are provided on the side of the enclosure to prevent cable abrasion by foreign objects; cable outlet holes are located at the bottom, and ventilation openings at the top are fitted with dust screens. The product offers waterproof, rustproof, dustproof, and foreign object intrusion prevention performance, with a protection rating of IP54.

Operating Environment
1. The altitude must not exceed 2000 meters.
2. Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35°C.
3. Air conditions: The air must be clean. At a temperature of +40°C, the relative humidity must not exceed 50%; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, for example: up to 90% at +20°C.
4. The installation site must be free from open flames, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration.
5. The installation inclination angle must not exceed 5°.
6. Applicable temperature for transportation and storage of the control center: -25°C to +55°C; the temperature must not exceed +70°C for short periods (within 24 hours).

++++ Cost Savings

The all-weather outdoor protective enclosure allows the equipment to be installed in any outdoor environment, freeing up valuable indoor floor space while supporting remote operation and control.

A variety of metering instruments can be selected for local or remote monitoring of the equipment, ensuring efficient operation.

JP-series feeder pillars can be combined with transformers, medium-voltage switchgear, or circuit breakers to form a complete substation. The transformer is directly connected to the JP feeder pillar, eliminating costly cable installation works and further reducing costs.

++++ Safety

Certified with CCC approval, it provides IP54-rated operator protection under all conditions during operation, ensuring comprehensive coordination of the electrical system and minimizing electrical faults. In addition to overload and short-circuit protection, each circuit breaker can be equipped with earth fault protection.

++++ Flexibility
The modular design supports customization according to individual requirements, allowing flexible adaptation to the evolving needs of low-voltage power distribution systems.
The four-pole busbar system with a rated current of up to 3200 amperes, combined with Compact NS series molded case circuit breakers rated up to 630 amperes, enables maximum configuration flexibility.
As a complete assembly, the JP feeder pillar not only provides circuit protection, but the outgoing circuits can also be controlled individually via hard-wired control lines or interlocked with the incoming circuit breaker. Additional functional advantages include remote monitoring of the operating status of each circuit breaker and remote opening/closing operations via motor-operated mechanisms.

++++ Easy Installation

The JP-type feeder pillar is fully assembled at the factory, making it easy to install in various outdoor locations. Cables can be routed from the bottom through independent sealed gland plates. The cable area is equipped with grounded metal protective barriers, and each circuit breaker is fitted with a cable shield, maintaining IP2X-rated operator protection even after the barriers are removed.

Adding new circuits is simple: the molded case circuit breakers are mounted on modular bases, allowing them to be positioned at any location on the busbar system before being secured, minimizing power supply interruption time.
