The MNS Low-Voltage Drawer-Type Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the "equipment") is developed based on the MNS series low-voltage switchgear cabinets of ABB Switzerland, adopting standard modular design and comprehensive optimization. This equipment is suitable for systems with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage up to 660V, and can serve as control devices for various power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion, and power consumption equipment. It is widely used in low-voltage distribution systems of various mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, hotels, municipal construction, and other applications. In addition to conventional land-based use, it can also be used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants after special treatment. This equipment complies with international standard IEC 439-1 and national standard GB 7251.1.

2. High structural versatility and flexible assembly. The 25 mm modular C-profile can meet the requirements of various structural forms, protection degrees, and operating environments.
3. Standard modular design enables the combination of standard units for protection, operation, transition, control, regulation, metering, and indication. Users can freely select and assemble as needed. The cabinet structure and drawer units can be assembled from more than 200 types of components.

5. Superior technical performance: Main parameters reach advanced domestic levels.
1. Ambient air temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with the average temperature over any 24-hour period not exceeding +35°C.
2. Air conditions: Clean air; relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at +40°C; higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, e.g., up to 90% at +20°C; however, slight condensation may occur due to temperature variations.
3. Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 meters.
4. This equipment is suitable for transportation and storage within a temperature range of -25°C to +55°C; it can withstand +70°C for short periods (within 24 hours); under extreme temperature conditions, the equipment shall not suffer irreversible damage and shall operate normally under normal conditions.

6. If this equipment is to be used on offshore oil drilling platforms or nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement must be signed.
Structural Features
The basic cabinet of this equipment adopts a combined assembly structure. The basic structural components of the cabinet are galvanized parts, connected and fixed into a basic frame using self-tapping locking screws or grade 8.8 square-neck screws. According to project change requirements, additional doors, sealing plates, partition plates, mounting supports, busbars, functional units, and other components can be added to assemble a complete set of equipment. Modular design is implemented for internal components and compartment dimensions (modular unit e = 25 mm).
