b) Ambient air temperature: maximum: +40°C; minimum: -30°C;
c) Humidity: monthly average relative humidity: 95%; daily average relative humidity: 90%;
d) Altitude: maximum installation altitude: 2000 m;
e) Maximum wind speed: 35 m/s;
f) No significant corrosive or flammable gases, vapors, or other contaminants in the surrounding air;
g) No frequent severe vibration.

1. Voltage ratio, polarity, and phase relationship tests at all tap positions
2. Measurement of DC resistance of all windings
3. Measurement of no-load current and no-load loss
4. Measurement of load loss at rated current and rated frequency
5. Measurement of impedance voltage
6. Induced overvoltage test and applied voltage withstand test
7. Impulse voltage withstand test
8. Noise level test
9. Oil leakage test
10. Temperature rise test and, after measurement of hot resistance of HV-LV windings, a one-hour overload test at 150% rated current
