▪ The windings adopt a three-phase independent air duct design. The overall upper air duct is directly connected to the exhaust fan on the cabinet top, improving air utilization by 30%. The air duct partition in the middle of the winding is eliminated, avoiding the interference between secondary cables and the partition, and relatively reducing the transformer volume.

▪ Bottom fans are eliminated, reducing maintenance due to component damage and improving product operating stability.

▪ Thermal simulation and electromagnetic simulation can be used to optimize design parameters to meet customized requirements.

▪ Multi-winding design and extended-delta phase-shifting principle are usually adopted. Multi-phase rectifier power supplies are formed through secondary windings with different phase-shift angles, making the input current waveform smoother, effectively suppressing harmonic content, and preventing current distortion from nonlinear loads from affecting the normal operation of the AC power supply.

▪ Special processes can be used to enhance resistance to salt spray and moisture. All metal parts achieve C4 or higher corrosion protection level, providing strong adaptability to marine environments and the ability to cope with various harsh weather conditions.
