Product Description
The YBW series product is a complete assembly unit that integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and low-voltage distribution equipment according to fixed wiring schemes. This series of substations is suitable for residential communities, hotels, large construction sites, and high-rise buildings with voltage ratings of 12kV/24kV/36kV/40.5kV, frequency of 50Hz, and capacity up to 2500kVA.
++++ Key Design Features
The substation enclosure is designed based on advanced foreign technology and actual operating conditions. We can provide a variety of enclosure materials, including aluminum alloy, steel, composite stainless steel plate, and non-metallic materials (fiberglass).
The high-voltage side adopts load switches or vacuum circuit breakers. The transformer can be selected from oil-immersed, fully sealed, and dry-type options.
The enclosure protection structure features a double-layer design with thermal insulation foam filled in the interlayer. The high-voltage compartment and low-voltage compartment are separated by independent partitions, and the transformer compartment is equipped with automatic temperature controllers, heaters, and heat dissipation devices.
