Our factory's full series of 10kV-1000kV AC rod-type post porcelain insulators are produced using advanced isostatic pressing technology, covering all voltage levels of distribution networks, 110kV/220kV/500kV ultra-high voltage, and 1000kV ultra-high voltage AC substations. They are mainly used in scenarios such as isolators, circuit breakers, transformers, and busbar supports in substations, serving dual functions of electrical insulation and mechanical load-bearing. They are core insulation equipment for power grid construction, power transmission, and power grid renovation projects. The products strictly comply with national standards GB/T and IEC international standards, and can meet the supply requirements of domestic power grid projects and overseas multi-country power bidding projects.

• Porcelain Material: High-alumina high-strength electrical porcelain with hydrophobic and anti-pollution formula, available in three series: ordinary type, anti-pollution type, and reinforced type for heavily polluted areas
• Mechanical Performance: Bending failure load optional from 2kN to 40kN, resistant to vibration and typhoons, suitable for coastal, industrial dust, and saline-alkali heavily polluted areas
