VFR-CC6

VFR-CC6 is a newly designed pallet handling and storage robot for high-density, high-efficiency, and low-cost pallet storage. Its lifting height can reach 6.3m, with a load capacity of 1.5 tons within 3 meters and 1 ton at 5 meters high, with excellent performance.
In terms of safety, it is equipped with various safety measures and sensor protections including 2D LiDAR, 3D LiDAR, 3D cameras, overload sensors, tilt sensors, and safety edges.
In terms of sensor scanning coverage, it covers the front, rear, left, and right spaces of the gantry, and the low-level space in front of and behind the chassis; it supports the "VFR-large and small vehicle vertical warehouse" mode, where the large vehicle handles loading and unloading, and the small vehicle handles inbound and outbound, with division of labor and cooperation for efficient operation. Integrating embodied intelligence technology, it adopts a "perception-decision-action closed-loop" control strategy, imitating the operation of experienced forklift masters, and intelligently adapting to pallet deviations.
