Product Introduction

The N-series hydrocyclone features a large cone angle design. A larger cone angle generates a higher rate of centrifugal force change, allowing fine particles to rapidly enter the inner vortex flow. Meanwhile, the higher slurry concentration in the cone section prevents fine particles caused by local recirculation from overflowing into the outer vortex flow. This design is suitable for applications where fine particles account for a high proportion of the feed material and where a large overflow volume from the hydrocyclone is required.
