The N-series hydrocyclone features a large cone angle design. A larger cone angle generates a higher rate of centrifugal force change, allowing fine particles to rapidly enter the inner vortex flow. Meanwhile, the higher slurry concentration at the cone section prevents fine particles from spilling into the outer vortex flow caused by localized recirculation.
