The Intelligent Painting Robot is a brand-new generation of fully automated, unmanned intelligent coating construction robot. Adopting a platform-based concept, it can be equipped with different functional modules to perform putty and latex paint spraying as well as putty sanding, with a maximum working height of up to 6.5 meters. Leveraging its powerful real-time sensing and mapping RTPC software system, the robot supports one-click start operation without any pre-scanning or path preparation. Through different module combinations, the available models are divided into spraying: P45 and P65, and sanding: M40 and M60. The robot can perform fully automatic/semi-automatic putty and latex paint operations on architectural features such as walls, bay windows, and ceilings in indoor scenes, achieving an overall coverage rate of over 90%. It is suitable for fine decoration or industrial decoration scenarios in residential buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial offices, and large public buildings. Compared with traditional manual labor, its notable features are high quality, high efficiency, high coverage, and high profitability. It can operate continuously for extended periods, while effectively and significantly reducing labor requirements, avoiding environmental compliance issues, and lowering the risk of occupational diseases and safety accidents.
