◇ Product Introduction
Tiebid BAC-P Root-Penetration-Resistant Polymer-Membrane-Based Waterproofing Membrane is a chemical root-resistant self-adhesive waterproofing membrane developed for basement roof slabs, roofs, and other areas with planting requirements. This material consists of a cross-laminated film, self-adhesive modified bitumen compound with imported chemical root inhibitors, and a release film, featuring cold application, safety, and environmental friendliness.
Product structure: PET aluminized release film, self-adhesive rubberized bitumen compound with chemical root inhibitors, cross-laminated film, self-adhesive rubberized bitumen compound with chemical root inhibitors, release film.
◇ Product Features
● Effectively prevents plant roots from penetrating the membrane over the long term, maintaining the integrity of the waterproofing layer—it resists root penetration without affecting normal plant growth.
● High elongation and tear resistance, with strong adaptability to substrate shrinkage, deformation, and cracking.
● Unique self-healing property that automatically seals minor cracks and puncture damage.
● Multiple application methods, including wet-lay, dry-lay, and hot-lay processes depending on site conditions, ensuring simple and fast installation.
● Cold application with no adverse effects on the underlying conventional waterproofing layer, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
● Resistant to corrosion and mold.
