The birth of the Tiebid BAC Self-Adhesive Waterproofing Membrane (Pre-laid), along with the pre-laid reverse-bonding technique pioneered by Zhuobao Technology, has brought about an unprecedented revolution in the waterproofing industry.
This membrane is an asphalt-based polyester-reinforced pre-laid waterproofing membrane composed of a polyester fiber non-woven fabric as the reinforcement, self-adhesive modified asphalt compound as the impregnating and coating material, an anti-adhesion top surface layer, and a release liner on the bottom surface. In applications such as basement floor slabs, basement side walls using the external waterproofing with internal application method, and tunnels constructed by the mining method, the Tiebid BAC Self-Adhesive Waterproofing Membrane (Pre-laid) is laid in advance and bonds tightly with the subsequently poured concrete structure, enhancing the reliability of the waterproofing layer and eliminating the risk of water migration.

● Low substrate requirements, saving construction time: It can be applied on damp or even unleveled substrates without the need for a primer. The high flexibility of installation is unaffected by weather conditions, making it particularly advantageous during rainy-season construction and serving as the most powerful "weapon" for ensuring project schedules.
● Easy lapping and sealing: The material is inherently tacky, allowing for dense and secure self-lapping. Its surface bonds firmly with subsequently applied waterproofing coatings, thereby resolving challenges such as pipe penetrations, terminations, and connections, and enabling seamless membrane installation.
● Pre-laid bonding: The membrane integrates with the subsequently poured concrete into an organic whole, remaining inseparable from the structure even after prolonged immersion in water. This technology, a domestic first, effectively solves the waterproofing challenges in pre-laid (external waterproofing with internal application) construction.
● Reliable bonding, easy maintenance: The waterproofing membrane bonds tightly with the post-cast concrete. Should any localized damage occur to the membrane, water is confined to a very small area without migrating. Even if individual leakage points appear, they will coincide with the damaged points, making repair extremely easy.
