Bidim S-CLF II Generation Strong Cross-Laminated Film Self-Adhesive Waterproofing Membrane (YC) is a self-adhesive pre-applied inverse-bonding waterproofing membrane composed of an ultra-strong cross-laminated film, a polymer self-adhesive (non-asphalt-based), a high-performance formulated self-adhesive rubberized asphalt compound, an anti-tack release layer, and a release film. This membrane innovatively integrates the dual advantages of both asphalt-based and non-asphalt-based pre-applied waterproofing membranes, offering high tensile strength, high elongation, high tear resistance, and superior construction application performance.
◇ Product Features
● Pre-applied bonding with excellent waterproofing performance: It can bond inversely with post-cast concrete, achieving a peel strength to post-cast concrete nearly twice that of traditional pre-applied materials. Even under prolonged immersion, the bond remains inseparable, delivering excellent waterproofing results.
● Reliable bonding for easy maintenance: The membrane forms a durable, firm bond with the structural layer, with bonding strength far exceeding national standard requirements. Even if the membrane is locally damaged, water is confined to the damage point of the waterproofing layer without lateral migration.
● Strong cross-laminated film for dimensional stability: The multi-layer, cross-stacked laminated film offers excellent dimensional stability, effectively preventing wrinkles, edge curling, and similar issues, while providing superior elongation and high tensile strength to accommodate substrate deformation.
● Soft and conformable with excellent performance: Innovatively integrating the dual advantages of asphalt-based and non-asphalt-based pre-applied waterproofing membranes, it features low dimensional change rates alongside superior performance, offering excellent adaptability at complex detail joints and better conformity to the substrate.
● Colored ceramic sand anti-tack layer for enhanced bonding strength: The white colored ceramic sand on the upper surface enhances bonding strength with post-cast concrete, prevents workers' feet from sticking, avoids interference from subsequent cross-operations, and provides a smooth, attractive, and elegant appearance.
● Unique back-side tackiness for convenient lapping: After removing the release film on the back side, the membrane exhibits self-adhesion, enabling "adhesive-to-adhesive" lapping with asphalt-based membranes commonly used on side walls, ensuring a firm and reliable connection.
