Sanpin Yuntu · Get every project the right drawings
The most expensive mistakes in engineering construction often start with using the wrong drawing.
Sanpin Yuntu (jointly developed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau × Pinming Technology) uses AI to reconstruct drawing-model management: AI automatically splits drawing frames, merges versions, and tracks changes. What used to take 3 days to organize can now be done in 20 minutes.
The platform has been validated across 1,500+ projects, proving one thing: get every project the right drawings.
Product Features
1. Intelligent Drawing Version Management
Powered by AI algorithms, it automatically identifies drawing frames, splits drawings, and extracts information, intelligently completing catalog matching and version merging. Validated in actual projects, drawing frame recognition accuracy exceeds 99%, and catalog recognition accuracy exceeds 95%. Using the drawing catalog as a unified entry point, the platform centrally presents drawing numbers, drawing names, sub-items, disciplines, and all versions of drawings, supporting catalog-based search and location to reach target drawings directly.

2. Intelligent Comparison of Old and New Drawings
After users upload new drawings, the system automatically establishes the mapping relationship between old and new versions, automatically generates comparison results of changes between old and new drawings, accurately identifies all modifications to components, dimensions, annotations, etc., and intuitively highlights all change points with differentiated colors, replacing manual drawing-by-drawing verification and quickly pinpointing drawing differences.

3. Linked Viewing of Drawing Changes
Supports linking and binding change documents to corresponding drawings, catalogs, or drawing locations. Open a drawing to view change markers and simultaneously browse the corresponding change documents, enabling linked presentation of drawing viewing and change information.

4. Collaborative Joint Review of Drawings and Models
Supports online viewing, annotation, positioning, issue recording, responsibility routing, communication replies, and joint review checklist export for drawings and models. Issues can be bound to drawing coordinates and model viewpoints, supporting full-process tracking and re-inspection.
