The LXWZ high-voltage reactive power group automatic compensation device is suitable for reactive power automatic tracking compensation of 10(6)kV busbars in 110kV and 35kV substations, switching stations, and high-voltage motors. The device uses parameters such as reactive power, grid voltage, and power factor as comprehensive criteria to perform graded automatic switching of shunt capacitor banks, thereby improving the power factor at the line head end, reducing transmission line losses, improving the voltage at the line end, and enhancing the transmission load capacity of power transmission and transformation equipment, so as to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction and improve voltage quality. In addition, each capacitor bank of the device is equipped with a dedicated permanent magnet vacuum switch for capacitor switching, ensuring stable operation of the device and reliable switching of capacitors.
The LXWZ high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device mainly consists of two parts: the control part and the compensation part. The compensation part can be expanded according to requirements, up to twelve stages. Its main components include a dedicated incoming-line compressed-air load switch with grounding, a dedicated permanent magnet vacuum switch for capacitor bank switching, protection CTs, voltage and current indicating instruments, high-voltage live indicators, surge arresters, fuses, high-voltage shunt capacitors, series reactors, discharge coils, intelligent reactive power compensation controllers, microcomputer protection control units, etc., as well as auxiliary parts such as cabinets and primary and secondary incoming lines.
