(1) QJPC-X bottom-mounted maintenance turning gear is designed to be stable and generous, and the turning gear pinion meshes with the large gear at the lower part of the middle part of the cylinder. The rotor can be driven by positive and negative rotation continuously or by inching.

(2) The equipment is fixed at the position of the original working turning gear. After being installed in place and fixed at one time, all the work of turbine maintenance and measurement can be completed without adjustment. And the turbine rotor is hoisted out and into the cylinder without any obstruction.

(3) Pull the clutch handle on the moving box to smoothly turn the turbine rotor when the gears are meshed, and when the meshing gears are separated, the pinion can rotate freely, ensuring that the large gear on the turbine rotor can be driven into the pinion when entering the cylinder. Engage.

(4) After the turbine rotor is in place, the control box button can be moved in reverse to release the force, so that the turbine rotor can be easily in a free state to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the measurement data. Because the large and small gears mesh in the lower part of the cylinder, the upper part of the large gear of the turbine rotor is exposed, so that the maintenance personnel can observe the data more easily and work conveniently.

(5) Under the condition that the large bearing cover at the working turning gear of the steam turbine is not uncovered, the QJPC-X type bottom-mounted maintenance turning gear can be used for accident turning after shutdown when the main engine is opened with the top shaft oil.
