The XGN118-12 type environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit (RMU) is a green product independently developed by our company. It is designed for power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50Hz, capable of receiving and distributing network electrical energy while providing measurement, monitoring, communication, control, and protection functions for the system's normal operation. This product integrates vacuum arc-extinguishing technology, APG solid-sealing technology, and gas insulation technology into a new generation of medium voltage switchgear. The product fully complies with IEC62271, GB11022, GB3906, DL/T404, and other relevant standards, and it has passed all type tests and national-level new product technical evaluations.

The XGN118-12 RMU is widely used in secondary substations, urban power grids, large industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemical industries, metallurgy, commercial areas, and other locations.

  1. Environmentally Friendly Insulation: The RMU uses dry compressed air as the insulating medium, with no SF6 gas, no toxic gas emissions, and no environmental impact, classifying it as a green, environmentally friendly product.

  3. Modular Design: The RMU employs a modular design that allows for the flexible combination of various units, including load switch units, circuit breaker units, metering cabinet units, and bus PT units.

  4. Flexible Configuration: The RMU can be assembled into a three-phase shared-box fixed ring main switchgear using standard unit modules, or different modules can be combined into expandable units. These can be configured into various forms using specialized bus connectors, providing diverse distribution design solutions.

  5. Sealed High-Voltage Components: High-voltage components are sealed within a stainless steel enclosure, making the RMU waterproof, dustproof, and unaffected by environmental factors, including altitude, ensuring safe and maintenance-free operation.

  6. Reliable Interlocks: The product includes reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks that effectively prevent misoperation, ensuring convenient and reliable operation.
