The HG6-72.5 (ZHW3B-72.5) Environmentally Friendly Gas-Insulated Switchgear (HGIS) is a cutting-edge product independently developed by our company, boasting international leading standards. It is primarily used on the 66kV side of high-voltage substations for receiving and distributing network electrical energy, as well as for system control and protection. The product fully complies with IEC62271-1, IEC62271-203, GB11022, GB7674, DL/T617 standards and has passed all type tests and national-level new product technical evaluations.
This switchgear is mainly used in outdoor settings but can also be applied indoors. It is widely used in transmission and distribution systems, large industrial and mining enterprises, petrochemical industries, metallurgy, and railway electrification, among various other sectors of the national economy. The switchgear uses clean air as the insulating medium, with no SF6 gas, no toxic gas emissions, and no environmental impact, making it a green and environmentally friendly product. The use of a vacuum circuit breaker, with its long electrical life, makes it suitable for applications with frequent operations.
High-voltage components are sealed within an aluminum alloy tank, making the unit waterproof, dustproof, and unaffected by environmental or altitude conditions, ensuring it is maintenance-free. The circuit breaker unit and the three-position switch unit are installed separately in independent aluminum tanks, isolated by basin-type insulators into independent gas chambers, providing a flexible structure that can adapt to different primary schemes as plug-and-play switchgear.
The switchgear features intelligent control and protection units with robust control, protection, and measurement functions, fully meeting the requirements of distribution network automation. The use of dry compressed air as the insulating medium enables operation in low-temperature environments without the risk of liquefaction, offering broad environmental adaptability.
The product is equipped with reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks, effectively preventing misoperation, and ensuring convenient and reliable operation.
